![]() The Italian mezzo-soprano Lucrezia Venturiello began studying the piano at the age of 5 and from the age of 15 she focused on the study of opera singing. After graduating from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in 2017, she pursued her vocal education with Maestra Maria Cristina Orsolato, vocal coach at the Arena di Verona. The young artist pursued her professional opera training at the Osimo Opera Academy with Maestro Vincenzo De Vivo.In 2019 she appeared as a soloist in Beethoven's 9th Symphony at the Sarajevo Opera House with the World Youth Orchestra, conducted by M° Damiano Giuranna. She made her debut as a soloist alto in Vivaldi's Stabat Mater in the 25th Festival of Sacred Music in Fez and later took part in the European Music Festival accompanied by the Chisinau Youth Orchestra.The same year she artist made several important role debuts : Zia Principessa in Giacomo Puccini's Suor Angelica and Mamma Lucia in Pietro Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana at the Goldoni Theater in Livorno, and subsequently at the Coccia Theater in Novara and at the Teatro Sociale in Rovigo. In July 2020 she debuted the role of Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro under the direction of M° Alberto Paloscia, Artistic Director of Goldoni Theater in Livorno.N e w sNext season 2022-2023 Lucrezia Venturiello will make her debut at the famous Amazonas Opera Festival in Manaus, Brazil. And, as a result of the award at the International Singing Competition at Bellano (Como) July 2022, she will sing during the season 2023-2024 Lola in Cavalleria Rusticana. An international opera production with peformances both in Italy and Japan.In concert she will interpret under M° Myron Michailidis, Richard Wagner’s Wesendonck-Lieder alongside the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra (her debut at the orchestra)A w a r d sJune 2018 Lucrezia Venturiello won the Malibran Special Prize at the Malibran International Competition in Milan.October 2021 she became the Winner of the 11th International Opera Pienza Competition.February 2022 she appeared amongst the finalists of the 59th Viñas International Competition.In July of this year she became Laureate of renowned Zandonai International Singing Competition (XXVIII-edition, Italy) and of the abovementioned International Singing competition of Bellano (Como).CV-Update : August 2022.
